We endeavor at our best to serve what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.
We do not entertain any cancellations or refund requests as our products are of the finest quality and workmanship. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, you shall request us for an exchange option via email. In that case, the exchange request should be made within two (2) days of you receiving your product. Exchanges will be processed within 15 days period. Please note, shipping charges should be borne by the customer for exchanges and we might also not honor your exchange requests in rare cases.
We do not allow exchange for an item which was either a customized or made to order.
Please note: All products under SALE tab are not valid for any exchange or return.
In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it with or without a charge. However shipping charges shall be charged. Please contact us at support@manjalcouture.com for further assistance.
